Creativity can support in managing emotions and work through the ups and downs of life by using a variety of ways to communicate how we feel, our values and our opinions.
This course provides opportunity to embrace creativity as both a strategy for coping through difficult times and a strategy for maintaining wellness.
We will explore mental health concepts through conversations whilst connecting with others and ourselves through the exploration of a range of creative activities.
