Self-Care and Wellness for Young People

Maintaining our mental health and well-being is critical in navigating the challenges presented by social distancing and what this entails for each individual and family unit. Young people experience anxiety, fear and loneliness yet may not have developed the ability to communicate that effectively, particularly with adult family members.

This 1 hour webinar will assist both parents and young people in understanding the impacts of social distancing on mental health and well-being, while providing practical ideas and strategies for support.
