Social Distancing: Coping, wellness, self-care and understanding behaviour

In this current climate of social distancing, working from home, home schooling and general uncertainty, we all face the distinct challenge of maintaining
our mental wellness.

In this webinar we will be exploring coping and self-care strategies to manage the new dynamics being experienced. We will also gain insight into how these new dynamics can affect behaviours of ourselves and others and how being mindful of this can assist us in coping.

Student learning outcomes:
1.      Explore practical and effective ways to care for yourself and maintain your well-being whilst social distancing.
2.      Explore the impact fear and uncertainty have on the behaviour of those around us.
3.      Greater understanding of how to manage self and other behaviour during stressful situations.
