Recovery and Wellbeing After 2020

2020 was a challenging year for many. Environmental events and a pandemic put our resilience to the test. We were forced into navigating abrupt changes to our way of life, learning to live and survive in a global pandemic with social isolation and financial uncertainty. For many of us, we experienced grief, loss, anxiety and depression. This free workshop will provide us with an opportunity to reflect on the challenges experienced in 2020 and what we learnt about our strengths. We will focus on our strengths to develop skills and strategies to navigate 2021 and future challenges with hope and optimism.
